 :SAP Process Excellence Expert FICO /R2R
Hitachi Energy is upgrading to SAP S/4HANA and standardizing IT systems to support business growth. The SAP Process Excellence team helps European transformer factories improve SAP usage through best practices, training, issue resolution, and process improvements. The role supports sites across Europe, working with local teams and IT, requiring about 50% onsite presence and 20% travel.
How you will Make an Impact
Support the local R2R SAP users by being the local contact for all end user training and issue management.
Assist with the creation of SAP training materials to ensure ongoing and effective use of the application and supporting tools.
Work with factory leads and controllers to understand their highest priority challenges and work with the central support teams to resolve issues related to the SAP system.
