Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee annual payroll tax rate configuration and compliance
• Manage successful transmission of T4 and RL-1 filings
• Implement solutions for payroll automation and efficiency
• Partner with Payroll, IT, and Finance for seamless processes
• Lead testing and deployment of new SuccessFactors functionalities
