We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Order Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate order processing within the SAP environment while supporting seamless collaboration between Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service. Your contribution will play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
How you´ll make an impact
Process and manage customer sales orders from order entry through fulfillment within SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, and credit/debit requests in accordance with company policies and customer requirements
