Responsibilities

• Customer projects in SAP HCM on‑premise components with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
• Analyze customer situations and create process documents, conceptions, and blueprints
• System realization of customer requirements including customizing, schemas, and cycles in payroll accounting
• Support all project phases including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and roll‑out of SAP HCM
• Take on partial project management in smaller teams on‑site at customer locations

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• Expertise in SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
