SAP Field Service Management Consultant

SAP FSM Consultant • Minimum 3 years of SAP FSM implementation experience with at least 1 full lifecycle project. • Proficiency in SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration. • Exposure to SAP CPI, groovy scripting, and Jaspersoft reporting. • Knowledge of SAP CRM/C4C Service module and SAP S/4 HANA Service/Customer Service modules preferred. • Familiarity with SSAM (SAP Service and Asset Manager) is an advantage. • SAP FSM certification is desirable. • Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions • One or two industry domain knowledge Location of posting - Infosys Ltd. is committed to ensuring you have the best experience throughout you...
