Job Description
What youll do: Receive the knowledge transfer from the incumbent vendor, verify the project document and create manuals if needed. Be able to work in Malaysia for long-term ( 7 months open to extend) Level 2, 3 support SAP Maintenance projects with SLA committed to the clients. Support hours: primarily 8x5. (If customer has any major change, release or urgent issue, working out of service hours could be expected.) Solve tickets/changes or customising updates for the customer. Work with customer business teams & project teams effectively. Understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges. Report to Project Manager/Project Leader. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements What were looking for: Bachelor/master's degree in accounting/finance/economics/IT. 5+ years of experience in SAP FI and CO modules. 3+ years of experience in SAP Maintenance projects.
