Senior SAP HCM Consultant CH/AT – Location: Spain

Role

Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the solution, with a strong focus on SAP HCM CH/AT (PY), and translating it into clear standards and procedures. Ensures the success of implementations and improvement projects, particularly in complex environments, with specific responsibility for payroll configuration, compliance, and delivery. Participates across all project phases, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post–go‑live support. Acts as a key reference for SAP HCM Payroll, both internally and externally.
