As a SAP TM Architect , you will be responsible for guiding and supporting SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions within Carrier's SAP core landscape, supporting template deployments for North American operations.
This role partners closely with the Digital Factory, Operations teams, and other Digital COEs to define, design, deploy, and sustain integrated SAP solutions. Monitoring and resolving SAP TM‐related incidents within agreed SLAs
Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes
Supporting and maintaining existing SAP TM configurations aligned with business requirements
Applying minor and major configuration changes to ensure operational continuity
