Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years in industrial sanitation, preferably in a food processing or highly regulated environment required.
- Proficient in HACCP principles, SQF standards, and chemical safety (SDS/WHMIS).
- Proven ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work in various temperatures (e.g., cold storage or wet environments).
- Effective time management skills required to maintain multiple projects.
- High school diploma or GED; specialized certifications in food safety or sanitation are a plus.
