Job Description

 Overview


 Performs all duties and responsibilities as to the dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling of all equipment used in any given work day to ensure the entire plant is kept in a clean, neat condition.

 Responsibilities

 Will assist a Level I sanitarian. 
 Will learn the prescribed duties of a Level I sanitarian for the purpose of backing up a Level I and eventually succeeding to the Level I position. 
 Cleans entire processing work station including tables, conveyor chains, floors, walls, air filter hoses and dust collectors, drop cards, air and electric drops, check weighers, scales and wall mounted items such as fire extinguishers, sinks, soap, and paper towel dispensers. 
 Empties and cleans all trash receptacles in production and warehouse areas.
 Washes plastic curtains in processing rooms and production areas.
