Lead retail operations and strive for excellence as SalonCentric Canada's Operations Leader. Focus on profit improvement and effective loss prevention initiatives across retail stores.
In this critical role, you will harness your retail expertise to oversee daily operations and implement new strategies to prevent asset loss. Collaborating with various teams within the organization, you’ll ensure alignment on objectives and maintain high performance across all stores. This includes reviewing operational practices and innovating processes for an optimal customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inventory management and replenishment orders
• Facilitate user acceptance testing for new projects
• Liaise between stores and IT for efficient problem resolution
• Manage incident reporting concerning assets and safety
• Conduct operational audits and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of retail operations leadership experience
