Salesforce Techno-Functional Lead — End-to-End Delivery

SwiftCruit is seeking a Salesforce techno-functional lead to drive end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements, partnering with product owners and stakeholders in Mexico. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while leading workshops and guiding developers and admins.

You will own design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, ensuring best practices around Salesforce configuration, security, data model, and governance.
