Provide support to the sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, supplying solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
Support the PM/DM with technical leadership on the project, bringing comprehensive knowledge of the platform and identifying the best solutions to meet project requirements.
Detect and notify risks in the technical management of project/client profitability.
Ensure smooth project progress in terms of scope, schedule, and cost;
alert and anticipate possible deviations to the PM/DM.
