Role Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Operations Specialist to support our Client Advocacy team through high-volume sales reference operations, applied AI usage, and Product Advisory Board (PAB) support. This contract role helps accelerate sales cycles while ensuring strong governance and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global sales reference requests, matching sales teams with approved client advocates
• Coordinate and schedule reference calls while tracking usage to prevent advocate fatigue
• Use AI tools to triage requests, suggest matches, draft communications, and summarize assets
• Support Product Advisory Boards (PABs) with operational and best-practice guidance
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and governance in Salesforce and related tools
