Junior Enterprise Architect
Details below:
Architect requirement - mix of Salesforce + custom dev + strong comms
Hybrid role: effectively a “junior Enterprise Architect” covering:
o Architecture across Salesforce, web, mobile, travel platform integrations
o Custom development oversight
o Running Architecture Review Board (ARB)
o Occasional client-facing work
o Driving maturity uplift in architecture (not just delivery)
Scope is broad and strategic:
o Run many projects (she mentioned the profile management
replatforming which is a key initiative we are already involved in)
o Ensure integration across digital + Salesforce (currently fragmented)
o Align platforms (travel, web, mobile) into a coherent architecture
Operating model:
o Reports into Pam
o Work comes via demand management process
o Expected split: ~70–80% run / 20–30% evolve
