Position Summary
The Salesforce Effectiveness & Insights Manager plays a critical role in translating data into actionable customer and business insights that drive commercial performance. This role works collaboratively across the Galderma matrix—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Medical—to strengthen execution and enable the sales force through insight‑led decision making. The incumbent bridges analytics and action, ensuring that data informs prioritisation, customer engagement strategies, and field behaviours to accelerate growth. This position is based at Galderma downtown Toronto office (161 Bay Street) with at least 3 days required to work on site per week. The base salary range for the role is 90,000 - 110,000 CAD.
