Job Description
The Consultant will work on Commercial Analytics and SFE problem statements, helping define the approach and methodology, independently performing analytics, and taking the work end-to-end to the client through clear, structured, and impactful consulting insights.
The ideal candidate brings strong exposure to Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) within the healthcare or life sciences domain, with hands-on experience across Segmentation & Targeting, Call Planning, and Sizing (including technology-led approaches). A diverse consulting background is preferred, with comfort in applying statistical and technical methodologies, especially as S&T problems rely heavily on statistical techniques. Strong storytelling and client-ready communication are critical to the role.
