Technical Solutioning & Architecture

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions covering data model, security, automation, and integration architecture
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs aligned with Salesforce best practices and platform limits
• Own architectural decisions across Service Cloud, PSS, and OmniStudio implementations, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and future-proof
• Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and enforce governance and quality standards across the squad
• Identify technical risks early and define mitigation strategies before they impact delivery
