We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support Veolia's enterprise CRM transformation across two connected initiatives: Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) activating unified customer and commercial insights - and OneCRM - consolidating people, processes and platforms onto a single, harmonized Salesforce instance across business units. The BA will be the critical link between Veolia's business stakeholders and the delivery team, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring solutions deliver measurable commercial value.
