Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of robust Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a unique blend of modern innovation and legacy expertise. You will manage a team of up to 5 developers, overseeing the architectural integrity of our platform, including the maintenance of Salesforce Classic environments and their strategic transition/coexistence with Lightning.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design
Hybrid Environment Management: Own the design and maintenance of solutions within both Salesforce Classic and Lightning.
Technical Discovery: Lead workshops to define business requirements and translate them into a comprehensive technical roadmap.
Integration & Data: Define and lead strategies for data migration and real-time API-based integrations.
