Develop agent instructions, topics, and actions using Agentforce Studio and approved prompt‑engineering practices. Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable grounded, context‑aware AI responses using unified customer and case data. Extend agent capabilities using Apex, Flows, and external API integrations where required. Tune and validate AI model settings to ensure high‑quality, safe, and compliant AI‑generated responses.
