Additionally, the position involves providing frontline support to end users of the system, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Salesforce Configuration: Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- User Management: Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and other user‑related settings.
- Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, updates, and data cleansing activities. Ensure data integrity and consistency across the platform.
