Sentrex Health Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for their hybrid team in Markham. This role focuses on configuring Salesforce to enhance the support programs for patients and clinics.
As a full-time Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include handling production support, ensuring platform integrity, and actively participating in agile sprints for continuous improvements. This role is key to enhancing data quality and user solutions throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
