The Salesforce Administrator role is to manage and maintain the Salesforce platform for the Bupa Dental UK business, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption. The Administrator will work within an Agile process to configure solutions, support users, and implement process improvements that help the business achieve their targets throughout Bupa Dental UK.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and declarative automation
• Mastered the tools needed to troubleshoot user issues and diagnose platform problems
• The ability to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce configurations
