Position Summary
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting Trojan Technologies’ Salesforce platform to enable effective sales, service, and customer relationship management processes. The role provides day‑to‑day system administration, maintains data integrity, supports user adoption, and implements platform enhancements that improve business efficiency and decision‑making.
Role Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service), including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and workflows, to ensure a secure and scalable environment.
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and dashboards that align Salesforce capabilities with evolving business requirements.
