Job Description
- Provide administrative and documentary support to company'ssales representatives (Issue quotations, respond to customer general enquiries,product proposals, technical queries/support, timely order fulfilment, gatherfeedback/complaints)
- Maintain customer pricing control, reports, contracts, producttechnical drawing catalogues, technical specifications and certifications
- Work with sales representatives on product and technicalproposals to meet customer's requirements
- Process customer quotations, PO, Sales Order and other ad-hocsales and admin related duties
- Understanding product ranges and expanding revenue with new andexisting customers
- Actively share with management on customer feedbacks andrequirements
