This is a remote position. In this role, you'll ensure every sale is processed accurately, customer information is complete, and orders move seamlessly from sale to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our phone-based sales team, handling the administrative tasks that allow our sales representatives to focus on what they do bestbuilding relationships and closing deals. What You'll Do Process and accurately enter completed sales orders into our CRM and internal systems. Review customer details, pricing, promotions, and order information to ensure accuracy. Manage post-sale follow-ups to confirm information and complete any outstanding requirements. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding order updates and administrative queries (no sales calls).
