Job Description
Working Location & Compensation

- $2500 - $3200
- Mon-Fri, 9am-6.30pm

- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
- Process purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO)
- Manage and track sales transactions and documentation
- Respond to customer enquiries and solve order issues or product‑related questions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders, delivery, and billing flow smoothly across teams
- Help prepare reports, sales documents and assist with tender submissions
- Meet customers / presentations or attend customer/vendor events
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
