Job Description
As a Sales Support Executive at ERIKS’, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s sales efforts. This full-time position is based in Butterworth Penang, MY and will involve providing comprehensive sales support to our sales team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Liaise with customers to process orders, handle inquiries, and provide product information
- Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and other sales-related documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and data in the company’s SAP system
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, client follow-ups, and other sales activities
- Collaborate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure efficient order processing and invoicing
- Identify and report on sales trends and opportunities to support the team’s strategic decision-making
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted point of contact for our clients
