👥 What You’ll Do

• ✅ Lead engaging bi-weekly sales meetings (online or in-person)


• ✅ Provide 1:1 coaching sessions (30 mins each) for 6 sales reps


• ✅ Track performance, goals, and celebrate wins


• ✅ Collaborate with leadership to support growth & culture

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• ✅ Experience in sales coaching, leadership, or training
  


• ✅ Strong communication & facilitation skills


• ✅ Organized, reliable, and motivational


• ✅ Comfortable working with metrics & performance tools
