In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for sales support and administration queries, ensuring our sales channels and partners operate efficiently and with a strong customer focus. You’ll provide guidance on pricing, processes, and compliance; while also equipping our partners with the tools they need to manage debt collection and complete contracts accurately. Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall effectiveness.
