Role Overview
The Sales Support Administrator plays a critical supporting role within the Sales Operations function, helping ensure accurate forecasting, clean sales data, efficient order processing, and smooth internal coordination across the sales organization. This role is execution‑focused and detail‑oriented, providing administrative, analytical, and systems support to enable consistent sales performance and scalable operations. The role works closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams and offers a clear development path into broader Sales Operations responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Forecast Support
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting cycles by assisting with analysis of pipeline health, coverage ratios, and booking trends.
