Job Description
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vegetable products
- Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, wet markets, wholesalers, and food service clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Supervise and guide sales executives or merchandisers
- Assign daily routes, sales targets, and delivery schedules
- Conduct performance tracking and provide coaching to improve results
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
- Monitor vegetable freshness, quality, and shelf life
- Reduce wastage and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO system)
