Job Description

1. To receive the customer information, and take the basic customer problems resolving and coordinate with related department including inform to sales staff to follow up. for preparing the equipment or machine to respond the customer requirement in the future
2. To make the sales report and other related report.
3. To make the product quotation to the customers.
4. To prepare the customer contract and sending to sales staff for the customer singed.
5. To make the marketing information system (MIS) to collect the monthly data or information about the customers and competitors movement form sales staffs sending to manager using for decision support.
6. To prepare the company letter or information to inform the customers.
