Responsible for profitably increasing the building services market share that Victaulic holds in a geographic region.
Require thorough understanding of HVAC, pool, plumbing, and fire protection systems, Victaulic's products, industry, and competitive value proposition.
Use a well‐defined opportunity matrix consisting of projects and target accounts.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a yearly business plan achieving market, product, and profitability goals through well‐defined opportunity matrices for projects, accounts, and distributors.
Manage the territory project opportunity matrix and a current contractor opportunity matrix.
Develop target contractors, engineers/owners, and accounts, measured and reported monthly.
Build relationships with decision‐makers, understand account strategies, and design and implement value‐added strategies to sell the complete line of Victaulic products.
