In this role, you will engage shoppers, demonstrate premium coffee products, educate customers on Nespresso's innovative coffee solutions, and drive sales through exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with Costco members and create meaningful customer interactions.Demonstrate Nespresso coffee machines and communicate key product features and benefits.Assess customer needs and recommend the best coffee solution to meet their lifestyle and preferences.Drive sales by delivering compelling product demonstrations and closing sales opportunities.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk display.Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
