**Job Title:** Sales Assistant II / Sales Service Representative
**Reports To:** Centralized Sales Manager or Service Center Manager
**FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt
**Overview:**
The Sales Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality, business-to-business customer service throughout the order process for pipe, valves, and fitting (PVF) products. This role includes creating and entering quotes, processing orders, resolving customer issues, and supporting the implementation of MRC Global strategies for safety, gross margin growth, and operational performance.
