Sales & Service Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Service Executive to promote, sell, install, and maintain laboratory instruments. The candidate will handle customer visits, product demonstrations, quotations, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities also include installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and providing after-sales support.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, science or a related technical field is preferred
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience with Field Service and Maintenance & Repair operations
• Strong Communication skills to ensure clear coordination with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a sales service or technical role is advantageous
