- Develop a sales strategy which includes the preparation of sales plans, prices, payment systems, rewards/commissions for sales.
- Coordinate and evaluate brand image enhancement activities carried out through media placements and exhibitions.
- Create activities to build business relationships with mass media and vendors related to promotions.
- Coordinate sales in the process of approaching current and potential customers in order to ensure optimal achievement of targets.
- Collect and analyze operational reports from sales & promotion activities and achievement progress.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Economics, or related major.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in property Sales & Marketing and 2 years of experience in the same position.
