Sales Representative Job Description Compensation:

• Base Pay ($60k - $70k) + Commission Reports to: Head of Operations Role Overview The Sales Representative is a revenue-driving role responsible for executing and managing the full sales cycle—from first contact through signed agreement—within a defined, repeatable system.


• This is not a “lead taker” or purely transactional position.
• You will actively prospect, qualify opportunities, run discovery, close deals, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• You’ll be expected to operate independently, stay organized inside the CRM, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales process as the company scales.
