Job Description
Your role
As a Service Sales Representative you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of customers, helping them improve uptime and performance through tailored service and aftermarket solutions.
Supporting customers across mining, industrial and production environments, you will play a key role in helping maximise uptime, reduce costs and improve equipment reliability.
You will be responsible for:
Managing and growing an existing customer base
Selling service agreements, parts & aftermarket solutions
Identifying opportunities to improve customer equipment performance
Building trusted, long‑term relationships
Conducting regular site visits and engaging face‑to‑face with customers across your territory
Working closely with service technicians and internal teams
Developing your territory and pipeline
