Sales Representative Overnight

As a Sales Representative at Innovate AI Solutions, you will be at the center of our carrier coverage operations, ensuring every load gets covered efficiently and profitably. You will actively work load boards, negotiate with carriers across the US, and build lasting relationships that guarantee capacity when our clients need it most.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and contact carriers on load boards (DAT, Truckstop, and similar platforms) to cover active FTL, LTL, and drayage loads.
• Negotiate carrier rates ensuring client competitiveness and adequate gross profit margins.
• Build and maintain recurring carrier relationships to secure capacity on frequent lanes.
• Coordinate with the Operations Flow Analysts team to confirm carrier availability and pickup windows.
• Manage and update the CRM with carrier contacts, negotiated rates, and coverage status.
