Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business & share of wallet opportunities customers and prospects
  • Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services
  • Coordinate end to end sales process for new customer onboarding
  • Accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients
  • Primary point of contact for clients
  • Meet clients to maintain and grow business relationship
  • Oversee line renewals and legal changes
  • Responsible for the development, planning, and execution of a strategic account plan

Requirements

  • BS or BA in business or related field required
  • MBA is a plus
  • 3-5 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services
  • Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred
