- Identify and connect with potential clients through various online platforms such as Xiaohongshu (Rednote), WeChat, Facebook, Tiktok, and other social media channels.
- Publish posts, engage with users, and respond to inquiries to generate sales leads.
- Introduce and recommend the company's academic writing, editing, proofreading, and journal publication services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' academic publishing needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
