Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Rental team and Principal Agent.
- Manage rental and sales administration, including leases, reports, and client records.
- Capture leases and reconcile payments on PayProp.
- Assist with invoices, payment requests, and rental finance administration.
- Track rental and sales leads, listings, and transactions.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and service providers.
- Assist with tenant applications, lease agreements, and property inspections.
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Support business initiatives, marketing activities, and process improvements.
