About the Job

Reporting to the Recruiting Manager and Lead, the B2B Sales Recruiter is responsible for owning the full-cycle recruitment process for our RaaS team. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and a deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape. The ideal candidate is highly professional, adaptable, results‑driven, an exceptional communicator, and thrives in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.

Primary goal: build a robust pipeline of high‑performing B2B sales professionals (Account Managers, SDRs/BDRs, Inside Sales Representatives, and Sales leaders) to meet current and future revenue goals.
