Sales & Quotations Executive

This role is responsible for driving new business, managing renewals, and deliveringhigh-quality customer service across General Insurance, including Commercial Motor, Private Motor and Personal Lines.

It involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, negotiating with insurers, maintaining strong relationships to achieve business growth, customer retention and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business & Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, referrals and leads
• Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Drive new policy issuance and placements efficiently and accurately
• Support up-selling and cross-selling initiatives where appropriate

2. Quotations, Renewals & Policy Management

• Prepare accurate insurance quotations and proposals for customers
