Salary: Basic £25,000 - £30,000 OTE £35,000
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our client's busy and successful branch in Stopsley.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the exchange and completion of multiple property transactions, ensuring each progresses smoothly and within the required timescales. This is a fast-paced position, so you'll need exceptional organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and confidence working under pressure.
You will liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage brokers throughout the sales process, making excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and a strong customer service focus essential.
