Job Description
Join UL Solutions as a Sales Process Specialist and engage directly with customers for post-sale support. This hybrid role requires three days a week in the Toronto office, focusing on building diverse client relationships and driving adoption of TIC services.
In this role, you will coordinate various post-sale activities to ensure clients are aligned with TIC certification requirements. You will be integral in establishing continuous engagement and will manage issues until resolved, fostering deep loyalty and trust.
