The Job's Mission
As a Sales Partner your focus is to maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of reseller partners such as dealers, systems integrators, value-added resellers (VARs),distributorsor retailers. Youlocate, evaluates and recruits potential channel partners, supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training, to achieve revenue targets.
Youare responsible forthe quality of service provided to main customers after product implementation, formulates andmodifiesCustomer Service Levels Agreements (SLA's) to meet customer expectations and needs and works closely with other departments to secure customer satisfaction through the awareness and ongoing development of work processes.
